StarFest 2026 @ Tisbury

StarFest is the annual festival of the Cranborne Chase International Dark Sky Reserve – and from 14th to 21st March 2026, Tisbury will be hosting the event for the first time.

Tisbury Parish Council is coordinating a StarFest programme of themed events around the village, that will run alongside school and after-school activities, planetarium sessions and evening stargazing. This page will be updated with details as they are confirmed.

StarFest 2026 @ Tisbury Poster Competition – RESULTS

From 1 – 29 November 2025 Tisbury Parish Council, in partnership with Cranborne Chase International Dark Sky Reserve, ran a competition for local 4 to 12 year old children to design a poster that will be used to promote StarFest 2026 around Tisbury village and online.

We are delighted to announce the winner and runners up below and you can read comments from the panel of judges in our press release.

There will be a public display of all the competition entries in Tisbury during StarFest week and the winning poster will also feature as the March front cover of Focus magazine.
