MyWilts online reporting
The MyWilts smartphone app is the quickest way to report issues across Wiltshire to the council. The app is available for android and apple based smart phones. Wiltshire Council’s website has a guidance page. You can report issues such as:
- potholes
- issues with drainage, gullies and manholes
- fly-tipping
- issues with public rights of way
- issues with grass, hedges and shrubs
- issues with pavements and kerbs

Utility Companies – Gas / Water / Electricity
For Gas report all leaks to 0800-111-999. See https://www.nationalgas.com/emergency-contacts for more details.
For water supplies or sewerage issues contact Wessex Water as they cover Tisbury. Report issues online – https://www.wessexwater.co.uk/report-a-problem – or via their help desk 0345 600 4 600. Check the status online – https://www.wessexwater.co.uk/work-in-your-area. They are responsible for mains and public supply leaks, but call a plumber for issues inside your property.
For electricity use the Smartphone app, PowerTrack, to report on and monitor faults. There is also a browser based version – https://powertrack.ssen.co.uk/powertrack.

Roads
For current or planned roadworks – please look at the One Causeway website. All utility companies must provide details of PLANNED works to this. However, emergency works may not be shown.
