TisPlan 2 Referendum Result
Tisbury and West Tisbury residents voted in favour of adopting the joint Neighbourhood Plan following a Referendum held on Thursday 23rd October 2025.
The question was ‘Do you want Wiltshire Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Tisbury and West Tisbury to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’
The results were finalised at 07:12 on Friday 24 October 2025 as follows: 486 (95.48%) people voted YES, with 23 (4.52%) voting NO.
The result means the Tisbury and West Tisbury Neighbourhood Plan (TisPlan2) will now be formally adopted and then will carry legal weight when future planning applications are considered and decided on together with Wiltshire Council’s Local Plan. You can find the formal Declaration of Result here.
